What do clients of Bucheri McCarty & Metz LLP think about their accountants?

A Research Study by Indiana University at Kokomo

An independent survey of present clients of Bucheri McCarty & Metz LLP was conducted by a management team from Indiana University at Kokomo. The Firm wanted to determine how successful they had been in satisfying their clients' requirements for professional services.

As can be seen from the results sheet attached, the Firm received very high marks in each of the areas measured. Here are a few excerpts from the IUK report:

"... our analysis shows that the clients of the firm are satisfied with the Firm and its services. Respondents found the Firm frequently or always communicative being friendly, making frequent contact, providing follow-up and clear explanations, informing clients of changes and clients being comfortable asking questions. Respondents found the Firm to be highly responsive to their needs by being prompt, available, willing to help, giving personal attention and completing reports on time. Respondents found the Firm to be high on quality, confidentiality, and knowledge about their business. Respondents found the firm effective in problem solving and giving advice in business matters. Overall, ninety-two percent of the respondents were highly satisfied with the services of Bucheri McCarty & Metz LLP."
