Managing Partner
A founding partner of the Bucheri McCarty & Metz LLP, Chuck has been responsible for managing the services provided to a wide range of businesses, including contracting broadcasting, retailing, wholesaling, manufacturing, and service companies.
Gregory A. McCarty, B.S., M.B.A, C.P.A
Audit and Accounting Partner
Greg began his public accounting career in 1976, and spent the first three years as an auditor with a national CPA firm in Dallas. Greg is primarily responsible for all audit and accounting policies and has developed expertise in accounting and management information systems.
Ronald J. Metz, B.S., C.P.A.
Tax Partner
Ron joined Bucheri McCarty & Metz LLP in 1987 after spending five years in the tax department of a large CPA firm. He is responsible for tax policies, procedures, and research for the firm. In addition, he specializes in business buy/sell negotiations.
Ken Ahlfeld, B.S., C.P.A.
Associate Partner
Ken began his career in 1985 with Bucheri McCarty & Metz LLP after several years of experience in a small, private business. Ken's primary responsibilities include providing general business management and tax consulting services to many types of businesses, including specialization in agricultural issues.
Jennifer Lyons, B.S., C.P.A.
Associate Partner
Jennifer began her accounting career in 1985 with Bucheri, McCarty&Metz. Jennifer is primarily responsible for professional staff development and specializes in the medical, dental, legal and related professional fields.
Lisa Olmstead, B.S., C.P.A.
Associate Partner
Lisa graduated from Indiana University Kokomo in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Business Degree with a concentration in Accounting. She has been employeed at Bucheri McCarty&Metz LLP since 1995 and obtained her CPA certification in 1998. Lisa's specialities include performing employee benefit plan audits and nonprofit audits. She is a member of the AICPA and the Indiana CPA Society. Lisa is also a member of Indiana CPA Society's Peer Review Board.
