UPDATE - 5/13/20
In light of recent guidance from Governor Holcomb (Indiana Back on Track Plan), clients may now resume normal entrance to our offices. All BMM offices will continue to practice social distancing and enhanced cleaning protocols. Some of our accountants will continue to work from home with the full ability to serve clients.
Thank you again for your flexibility and support.
UPDATE - 4/03/20
BMM will remain open to serve our clients' needs. However, we have adopted some changes with respect to our staffing:
We are making every attempt to comply with Governor Holcomb’s order to practice social distancing to protect our employees, our clients and everyone’s family members during this COVID-19 health crisis. Accordingly, most of our accountants are working remotely. They have full access to all the information they need to continue to serve you. You can still contact them via phone or email.
As a further precaution, we are asking our clients to limit entrance to our office until further notice. If information can be mailed, please do so. Alternatively, you may use the drop box inside the vestibule at our Boulevard or Wabash offices. If you feel you must enter our office, you are still free to do so.
Thank you for your consideration in helping us do our part during this difficult time.
UPDATE – 3/24/20
BMM will fully cooperate with Governor Holcomb’s recent Executive Order 20-08 and any subsequent Orders that may be issued. The Order specifically identifies “accounting services” as an essential business. The Order also states that essential businesses are “encouraged to remain open.” As such, our offices will continue normal business hours as outlined below. All offices will adhere to the social distancing requirements stipulated in the Order. Please contact us at 765-236-2300 with any questions.
UPDATE – 3/20/20
BMM is first and foremost committed to the health and wellbeing of our clients, employees and community. We will continue to accommodate any and all concerns that our clients and employees may have with regards to COVID-19 and its health risks. Social distancing guidance may necessitate clients dropping information off as opposed to meeting in person. Currently, our Kokomo and Wabash office locations will remain open during normal business hours (Monday – Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM) to meet our client’s drop-off and pick-up needs. Clients may also utilize our secure portal, via our website, to send and receive documents.
BMM’s investment in technology allows our employees to seamlessly work from home if needed or desired. During this crisis, our staff has shown the highest level of resolve and professionalism. We are truly proud of them.
While these are challenging times, BMM is still committed to providing the highest level of service possible to our clients. Our ultimate hope is to be a source of reason, strength and stability during a time of great uncertainty.
*The COVID-19 situation is ever evolving and we will continue to monitor local guidance and legislative action. Updates will be posted to our website, blog and social media channels.
