Intern at BMM

At BMM, we offer internship opportunities at our Kokomo locations for college students majoring in accounting. Our interns gain experience in building relationships with clients and other professionals in the CPA and accounting field while learning to apply textbook concepts to real-world accounting. Many of our interns enjoy the company culture and teaching environment at BMM so much that they decide to continue working at BMM upon graduation.

Communication was great; turning mistakes into learning experiences, giving feedback, and explaining in person. The experience exceeded my expectations [and helped me] feel more comfortable about my future.

During my internships at BMM, I got insight into what I could expect in the field of public accounting. I had the opportunity to work directly with the partners and other accountants on a daily basis. The hands-on experience was invaluable and helped me decide where I wanted to begin my career in accounting.
